Mindfulness incorporates two wings, awareness and compassion. Children and youth are taught both.

Our innate human capacity to act with awareness and compassion are exercised and reinforced through the practice of mindfulness.

Mindfulness also helps train your attention to be more aware of what is actually happening, rather than worrying about what has happened or might happen 💜

Yes! All our workshops are designed to suit each and every yeargroup – adapted to suit children aged 4 to 12.

Our mission is to engage all the children deeper into the world of Mindfulness.

We visit all over the UK but please note that we accept bookings on a first-come first-served basis. Book your dates now to avoid disappointment!

Our workshops are designed to run using an indoor space, we can however adapt the workshops to suit any type of facility. Please mention any special requirements when speaking to our team
